We are committed to providing you with high-quality tools and excellent service. For your shopping pleasure, our products are warrantied for 1 months from the date of purchase. The warranty includes free repair or replacement of defective products. During the warranty period, if the function of your tool or equipment fails due to manufacturing defects or material problems, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing the product parts to restore its normal function. The warranty does not cover man-made damage, accidental damage, misuse or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Process

If you need warranty service, please contact us by email. Send an email (support@vovotoy.com) and describe your problem and include your order number and product information. Our customer service team will provide you with advice, including providing photos or videos to help you understand the problem. Once we confirm that your product is within the warranty period, we will reissue the damaged accessories for you and provide you with detailed information about the process. Please note that we do not provide any form of on-site repair service.

Items not covered by warranty

Improper use or poor storage conditions (e.g. cleaning, scratches, etc.)

Unauthorized disassembly or damage without customer permission

Man-made damage or accidental damage

Unauthorized repairs

Use of non-original accessories or unauthorized parts

Electronic equipment failures due to network failures, voltage fluctuations, overloads, etc.

Liquids, dust, sand, etc. inside the product

Failures caused by natural disasters (lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.)

The product is not used for its intended purpose
